This would make a good foundation for a public speech someday.
The other monopoly that cripples the region is on the waterways. The Gateway Clipper Fleet have a lock on the rivers.
In China there were all types of buses on the streets. Some were double-deckers, some were mini-buses. I think we could do well to lighten the buses with PAT. Plus, we do well to allow other types of transit to occur with other players in the marketplace.
