Editorial on PATently absurd

Sunday pops - PittsburghLIVE.com: "PATently absurd: Shortly after the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission signed off on Gov. Ed Rendell's interim bailout of the Port Authority of Allegheny County, transit boss Paul Skoutelas scolded the General Assembly. 'Sooner or later, they're going to have to do what needs to be done,' he said. It's an astounding spate of arrogance from the guy who runs an operation whose costs are up, whose utilization is down and, in that climate, wants to add capacity to the system. Legislators, take note."

So noted.
