The old Alcoa HQ is at 425 Sixth Avenue, Downtown. This is the sole meeting in W. PA about the budget shortfalls predicted in the recent report commissioned by Governor Rendell, and is open to the public for commentary. Attmpt to make recommendations about what steps are needed to pay for the decaying infrastructure and public transit systems in PA.
