In the neighborhoods ... - Pittsburgh Tribune-Review What happened to the traffic relief taxpayers supposedly are buying with the construction of the $435 million 'Alice in Wonderland Tunnel' under the Allegheny River?

Is it possible that taxpayers have been forced to spend all that money for a public transportation project that will not address the traffic problems on the North Shore?
Yes. It is possible. Or, perhaps, they forgot.
