We should fix bridges, and other existing elements of our public infrastructure. We should repair and rehab rather than make new expenditures.

Do not build the tunnel under the river to service the North Shore stadiums when there are other projects that need billions of ongoing investment. And, that project is going to be a drain for decades to come.
