That was the message delivered by Allegheny County Chief Executive Dan Onorato during the keynote address at during the Mon Valley Progress Council's 43rd annual dinner Thursday at the Willow Room in Rostraver Township.
The Greater Pittsburgh Airport corridor is the best example of such cooperation, Onorato said. He said the corridor cuts through Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties. Commissioners from the tri-county partnership work to brining development to the region.
'Any development in that circle is airport development regardless of the county,' Onorato said."
