Police say school bus driver braked to topple student

Police say school bus driver braked to topple student: "Police said they plan to charge an Ambrige Area school bus driver with endangering a 10-year-old by braking suddenly so the boy would fall down.
Police in Harmony, Beaver County, aren't identifying the driver who was upset because the boy would not remain in his seat. Police said the bus driver told the boy 'If you do it again, I'll knock you down.'
When the boy moved around again, police said, the bus driver hit the brakes and knocked the boy down. A surveillance video shows the boy was knocked to the floor out of camera view and another student was seen flipping over a seat.
